I'll show you how your profile compares to normative data and what patterns commonly appear in practitioners at different stages. Lower scores aren't deficiencies, they're information about your starting architecture and which practices will work with versus against your natural patterns.

• What's the faintest motion visible?

This exercise entails noticing what's available when you direct attention there.

To explore further:

Choose one sensory channel per day (Monday: smells, Tuesday: sounds, Wednesday: visual textures, Thursday: tastes, Friday: tactile sensations, Saturday: mental formations, Sunday: emotions). Do this to notice what's already present when attention moves there.

Integration:

When meditation instructions say "notice body sensations" and nothing seems there, we can start with broader awareness (feeling of the room, your position in space) before narrowing to specific sensations. This works with your architecture instead of against it.
